FORTI Women Wing was founded in 2017 with the goal of providing a credible platform for empowering women in business. FORTI Women thrive by upliftment! With an aim to help women in business connect, network, and diversify their businesses, FORTI Women regularly organize shows, fests, training, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, etc., allowing them to garner a strong network of working professionals.

Since its inception in 2017, the FORTI Women Wing has served as a credible platform for empowering women in business. As President, I take immense pride in how we continue to grow as a vibrant community driven by collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual upliftment.

Our initiatives — from exhibitions and workshops to networking events and leadership forums — are designed not only to support women entrepreneurs but to inspire them to dream bigger and achieve more. Together, we are building a future where women-led enterprises are seen, heard, and celebrated.

About Forti Women Wing

Established in 2017, the FORTI Women Wing was founded with the vision of creating a dynamic platform for women entrepreneurs, professionals, and change-makers across diverse sectors.
Mrs. Ranoo Nathany Srivastava was elected as the first President in 2017, leading the wing with commitment and clarity for a successful two-year term. In 2019, the leadership mantle was passed on to Mrs. Neha Gupta, who served as the second President, contributing significantly to the wing’s expansion and engagement efforts.
In 2022, Mrs. Ranoo Nathany Srivastava was once again entrusted with the role of President, reflecting the members’ continued faith in her leadership. This was followed by Dr. Sunita Sharma’s appointment in 2023 with her distinct perspective and compassionate leadership to guide the wing forward during a time of renewed growth and opportunity. Later, Dr. Alka Gaur served as President in 2024, bringing with her a blend of experience and academic insight. The current President, Mrs. Neelam Mittal, took office in 2025 and continues to steer the wing with vision and purpose.
